We just finished up our 6 day basic negotiation training programme here in Tartu and it went very well. I am not surprised that one of the more popular ideas in the course came from Bill Ury’s book “The Power of a Positive No”. We take the core idea of the book (how to say no more effectively) and combine it with other research on the power of positivity to build an interesting tool.

If you have not read Bill’s book, it is worth it.
