The Heir by Kiera Cass is the fourth book of the Selection Series. While the first three books were set on America’s journey on Maxon’s Selection, The Heir is now set during America’s and Maxon’s daughter, Eadlyn. Eadlyn is the future heir to the throne and she is doing everything she can to prove that she is working so hard to prepare for it. Despite her working hard to learn everything she needs to do, her gender and her attitude has stirred different reactions from the people of Illea.
